Abstract
Aqueous extraction of oil with ultrasonic assistant from tea seed was studied. The influences of the raw material comminution degree, mixed water pH,ratio of liquid to material, extraction temperature, extraction time and ultrasonic time on the oil extraction rate were investigated. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:raw material comminution degree 60-80 meshes, mixed water pH 6,ratio of liquid to material 4:1,extraction temperature 70 ℃,extraction time 4 h,ultrasonic time 30 min.Under these conditions, the oil extraction rate was 70.79%,and the by-product starch extraction rate was 56.13%.
