On the Establishment of Long-term Mechanisms of Coal Mine Safety

In this article,the author deals with the significance of establishing the long-term mechanism of coal mine safety,analyzes the existing problems of the coal mine safety supervision,discusses about the means of establishing the long-term mechanism of coal mine safety,and puts forward that we need to further rationalize the coal industry management and the system of security supervision,to establish the department of the coal industry management;to strengthen the establishment of the legal system of coal mine safety and highlight the strict implementation of laws;to adhere to both temporary and permanent cures,focus on permanent cure,focus on resolving the existing problems in the management of coal mine safety,to practically implement the main security responsibility of enterprises in order to improve the level of safety management of coal mining enterprises and to realize the essential security.
