Abstract
The presented article employs numerical simulation to analyze the stability of the open pit slope when mining in the open pit slope and mine.The influence process on the stability of the open pit slope is researched when opening in the open pit slope firstly and in the mining secondly.The stability of the open pit slope is evaluated by the stability of the coal pile between slope and work face,the failure condition in rocks and the displacement and velocity of the track points.The reasonable distance between the slope and the work face is given.The result is same to the fact.
