Abstract

Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of laparoscopic operation in treatment of cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis. Method:A retrospective analysis of clinical data about 80 cases of cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis in the hospital from 2008 March to 2012 August was operated, patients were divided into observation group(laparoscopic operation treatment)and control group(traditional open operation treatment),40 cases in each group. To observe operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative exhaust time, postoperative hospital stay and postoperative complications of patients in the two groups. Result:The operation time, bleeding volume, postoperative exhaust time and postoperative hospital stay of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P 0.05). The postoperative pain of patients in the observation group had lesser extent, postoperative 6 h,24 h NRS pain score significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P 0.05). The postoperative complication rate of patients in the observation group was 5%,significantly lower than that in control group(25%),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P 0.05). Conclusion:Laparoscopic operation can be used as a safe and effective treatment of patients with cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis, worthy of further clinical using.
