Abstract

Objective To study the clinical effects of celioscope combined with choledochoscope in patients with cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis. Methods Eighty patients with cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, forty cases in each group. The patients in observation group were treated with celioscope combined with choledochoscope, while the patients in control group were treated with conventional open surgery;then the successful rate of calculus removed, operation time, amount of blood loss in operation, postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time, hospital stay, and postoperative complication were compared between two groups. Results All the operations in two groups were successful.Compared with control group,in observation group, the amount of blood loss in operation was less, hospital stay was shorter, postoperative anus exhaust time was earlier, but the operation time was longer, the differences were statistically significant(P0.01).The complication rate in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The combined application of laparoscopy and choledochoscopy in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis is safe and effective, and with the advantage of quick recovery and few complication.
