Geological characteristics and prospecting directions of the Duocaima lead-zinc deposit in Tuotuo river area

Duo Caima super large lead-zinc deposit is the typical ore deposit in the area of Tuotuo river,which is located in the west section of North Sanjiang metallogenic belt,southwest of Qinghai Province.Based on the analysis of the regional geological setting and geological survey in mining area,the author mainly stated the geological characteristics in mining area and analyzed the geological features of the ore deposit from theaspects of lithology,ore potentiality,mineralization,ore body characteristics,ore characteristics,and wall rock alteration.And then discussed the ore control factors are discussed covering tectonic environment,ore controls,structures,magmatic rocks,and ore-forming material source.Based on regional metallogenic regularities,ore-controlling geological conditions and the ore bodies discovered at depth discovered,it is confirmed that this area had a good prospecting of multiple at depth and on periphery.
