Coping strategies of counselor on university students’ psychological crisis intervention

Today,our country's university student psychological crisis has caused widespread concern in all sectors of the community.College counselors have the closest contact with the students,and can impact them most directly. So,how to solve the problem of mental crisis and set up an effective psychological intervention warning system in university student psychological crisis,and strengthen crisis intervention and management have become a new task facing to college counselors in the new era.The author of this article is a counselor for 5 years,who discovers and summarizes the causes of university students psychological crisis,and brings forward some tactics to deal with the crisis.
