Preliminary Research on the Post-90s College Students Psychological Crisis Intervention System Construction

The post-90s college students' psychological crisis has gradually caused widespread concern in the community,carrying out effective psychological prevention work has become an important task in urgent. Based on the psychological crisis of college students as a research perspective,in this paper it mainly analyzes the students' psychological crisis causes of performance as well as the necessity of constructing the system of psychological crisis,colleges and universities should be made starting from a psychological crisis prevention,building students' psychological crisis intervention system and carry out an effective mental health education to help students with psychological crisis get out of the shadows as soon as possible,and ultimately the goals of growth and success can be achieved.
