Abstract
According to the model of China maize hybrids, the study of Wuzi maize inbred line improved by the inbred line which contained the germplasm of Tangsi line and luline has been conducted in the aspect of the breeding of local germplasm line and new inbred line has been bred. The result indicated that the new inbred line 8126 possessed high G.C.A, the new hybrids from 8126 was big ear and big kernel, overall strong disease resistance and stiff straw, seed setting percentage was high, high grain yield and yield was stable under 5.77×104 plants/hm2. These hybrids display good development future.
