Clinical analysis on the analgesic effect of Misoprostol, Lidocain and Naproxen for induced abortion

Objective To sum up and analyze the analgesic effect of Misoprostol,Lidocain and Naproxen available for the induced abortion.Methods 579 women who want to stop the early-pregnancy were divided randomly into three groups before operation.Group A: oral misoprostol tablets;Group B: Lidocaine uterocervical injection;Group C: Naproxen suppository squeeze in anus.Results The pain-free ratio in group A,group B and group C were 91.9%,93.4% and 89.2% respectively;The ratio of uterocervical relaxation in group A,group B and group C were 90.7%,83.5%and 85.8% respectively; The ratio of bleeding(30ml)in group A,group B and group C were 4.7%,7.4%and 5.1% respectively; The ratio of induced abortion syndrome in group A,group B and group C were 2.3%,2.6%and 2.8% respectively.Conclusion Misoprostol,Lidocaine and Naproxen for the induced abortion have a satisfactory analgesic effect and those treatments can be easily accepted by subjects.
