Abstract
Objective To investigate the distribution of T- lymphocyte subpopulations and NK- cell in peripheral blood of health adults at different age and sex. Methods 193 cases of healthy individuals were included in this study. The percentages of T- lymphocyte subpopulations and NK- cell in lymphocytes, total T cells or T- lymphocyte subpopulation were evaluated by flow cytometric analyser. Results The 193 cases of healthy individuals were divided into three groups according to their age: youth( aged ≤ 39),middle- aged( aged40 ~ 59) and elderly( aged≥60). We obtained the mean and standard deviation of CD3 +,CD3 + CD4 +,CD3 + CD8 + and CD3- CD( 56 + 16) + in lymphocytes, the mean and standard deviation of CD3 + CD4 +,CD8 + CD28 +, CD8 + CD28-, CD4 + CD25 +, CD3 + CD56 + and CD3 + HLA- DR + in T subpopulations, the mean and standard deviation of CD4 + CD25 + in CD3 + CD4 + T subpopulations,CD8 +CD28 + / CD8 + CD28- in CD3 + CD8 + T subpopulations. Conclusions These results may regarded as normal reference values of flow cytometric parameters in peripheral blood cells. It may be used in normal reference values of basis and clinical medical study.
