Abstract

Objective To summarize the experience regarding the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia.Methods The clinical data of 14 cases of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia were retrospectively analyzed.Results All the patients were diagnosed before surgery,of which 13 were cured and one died.Conclusion Early diagnosis by medical history inquiry and physical examination,timely surgery,and control of complications are the key to successfully treat traumatic diaphragmatic hernia.
