Objective To analyze the assessment value of ultrasonic quantitative detection for liver fibrosis in patients with hepatitis B.Methods One hundred and sixty patients with hepatitis B were selected.All patients underwent ultrasound quantitative detection and liver tissue biopsy.The thickness of liver capsules,spleen diameter and thickness,internal diameters of spleen portal vein and portal vein trunk as well as the thickness of gallbladder wall were studied in patients at different pathological stages,and the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound quantitative detection for liver fibrosis in patients with hepatitis B was evaluated.Results The levels of each detection index in patients with hepatic fibrosis at S0-S2stages were on the rise,but there were no significant differences among groups,and those in patients at S3and S4stages were significantly higher than those at stages S0and S1,with significant difference.The accuracy of ultrasonic quantitative detection for mild and moderate liver fibrosis as well as early liver cirrhosis was 92%,97% and 82%,respectively.Conclusion With advantages of non-invasiveness and repeatability,the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasonic quantitative detection for liver fibrosis in patients with hepatitis B is satisfactory,which can be considered as an important examination method to assess liver fibrosis in patients with hepatitis B.
