Abstract
This article discussed classification,mechanism of pectinases and studied on microbial pectinases high-yield genus of recent years.The research summarized the advances in screening,breeding and fermentation process of the pectinase-producing microorganisms was summarized.The future of the research,development and application of pectinase is presented as well.
