Abstract
The overall project of DVB-C digital television set top box is introduced. DVB-C DTV STB is designed based on latest single-chip digital CATV set top box chips QAMi5516 and embedded real time operating system STLite/OS20 from STMicro Company. Testing result of DVB-C DTV STB and the design procedures of its software and hardware are also presented.
