Abstract

[Objective] To discuss the significance of level change of C-reactive protein(CRP)in prognosis of coronary heart disease.[Methods]Immunity transmission turbidity was adopted to detect the CRP level,28 patients were diagnosed stable angina,29 were unstable angina,23 were acute myocardial infarction,30 were normal control patients.[Results]CRP levels in stable angina group(5.32±3.82)were higher than that of normal control group(4.62±2.57),but the difference was not significant(P0.05);CRP levels in unstable angina group(10.45±3.26)and acute myocardial infarction(14.67±5.81)were significantly higher than that of stable angina group and normal control group(P0.05 and P0.01).[Conclusion]CRP is an independent risk factor for CHD and can serve as indicators of prognosis in patients
