Abstract

Seeking the settlement of life values is one of the themes in Zhang Zai's philosophy.It could be inferred from Zhang's philosophy by surveying the interrelationship between Taixu,Shen,and Qi that the clue of Zhang's settlement theory is as follows: though 'Taixu' is 'Qi',while its nature is extremely sincere and endless,therefore everything could persist.
