Abstract

Objective:To investigate efficacy of Thymosin α1 combined adefovir dipivoxil in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.The 111 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into two groups,57 patients in treatment group, the control group of 54 patients. Two groups used adefovir dipivoxil,10 mg/time,1 time/day,treatment for 48 weeks.Treatment group thymosin α1,1.6 mg/time,subcutaneous injection,2 times/week,24 weeks of treatment. Results:The ALT,AST,TBIL decreased compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.01).Rate of HBV-DNA turned negative was 80.7%,48.1% in control group. There were significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).The total effective rate was 96.5% in the treatment group,66.7% in control group.Major improvement of symptoms of the treatment groupcompaired with control group the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Thymosin α1 combined adefovir dipivoxil treatment of chronic hepatitis B in improving liver function, clinical symptoms and negative aspects of hepatitis B virus is safe and effective, worthy of clinical application.
