Abstract

According to the standard of the excellent software development methods,considering the disadvantages of traditional development methods for J2EE web applications,How to choose a WebWork2、Spring and Hibernate open resource frameworks.Based on the graduate employment service informational management platform,the article analyzed their technique features and compositive methods.This framework have more expansibility、measurability and maintenance than the traditional methods.At the same time,it can reduce development cycle and cost.
