Abstract
[Objective] To explore HBV nucleic acid detection status of HBsAg positive serum sample. [Methods] Collected 6 000 samples of volunteers in recent six months, 70 cases of HBsAg positive sample were detected by ELISA, grouped the samples: 30 cases of samples which were hard positive reaction (S / CO≥5) by both domestic and import ELISA reagent; 22 cases of samples which were weaker positive reaction (S / CO﹤5) by both domestic and import ELISA reagent; 17 cases of samples which were positive reaction by single import ELISA reagent; one case of sample which was positive reaction by only domestic ELISA reagent. Used Nucleic Acid Test (NAT) in the 70 cases of ELISA-positive specimens. [Results] NAT test results of 30 cases were all positive in hard positive (S / CO≥5) group of ELISA; at the same time, NAT test results of 20 positive cases and 2 negative cases in weak positive (S / CO﹤5) group of ELISA; and NAT test results of 10 cases positive and 7 cases negative in single import ELISA-positive reagent group; NAT test results of 1 case negative in single domestic ELISA-positive reagent. [Conclusion] The ratio of HBV nucleic acid detection in HBsAg ELISA-positive serum has been related to the S / CO value and the coherence of two ELISA reagent, nucleic acid amplification technology could promote the existing blood screening reagent as a certain extent complementary role.
