Abstract
Tang Dynasty was in the transition period from the aristocratic society to the popular one.Impelled by the imperial examination system,the poor scholars took an active part in political activities.However,they suffered defeats in their practical politics.This caused their general deficiency experience.This deficiency experience became the psychological motive force of their poetical creation and promoted the poetical development of Tang Dynasty.
