Abstract
The operational effectiveness of missile can influence fight ability of missile army.It is very important to scientifically analyze the operational effectiveness for developing fight capability and improvement on the missile.Based on the theory of neural network,the index system of overall evaluating the operational effectiveness is built.Finally it offers an example to analyze the operational effectiveness of missile and proves that the method is feasible.
