Abstract

Submarine anti-ship missile is an important weapon in the modern submarine battle,but the single index is adopted for the evaluation of its operational effectiveness in a long period of time,which can not evaluate completely and truly.In this paper,by analyzing the factors which influence on the submarine anti-ship missile operational effectiveness.first,an index system for the submarine anti-ship missile comprehensive evaluation of operational effectiveness is build up.Second,the comprehensive evaluation model of operational effectiveness is given by means of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the WSEIAC model.As a result of simulation calculation of the mathematical model,we can evaluate the operational effectiveness of submarine anti-ship missile with the method and get reference for the research and use of it.
