Abstract
Objective To the serum levels of TGF β 1, IL 1,HA,IV C,PⅢP and their correlations with hepatic fibrosis in patients with hepatitis.Methods TGF β 1,IL 1, HA,LN,IV C,PⅢP were detected by ELISA and RIA. Results The results showed that TGF β 1 and IL 1 levels were significantly highter in patients with chronic hepatitis and hepatocirrhosis compared with normal subjects.The serum levels of TGF β 1 and IL 1 in viral hepatitis were closely related to the levels of serum HA, LN,IV C and PⅢP. Conclusion These results suggested that the change of TGF β 1 and IL 1 may be related to the pathogenesis of hepatic fibrosis.It may play an important role in the process from chronic hepatitis to cirrhosis.
