Research on cohabitation and its legal protection

Cohabitation is a common social phenomena which exists in the identity relationship in China and other countries. This thesis analyses the past and current situation of cohabitation and its lagal protection in China, compares the legal protection of cohabitation in Taiwan, Japan and other countries in Europe and America, makes a brief research on the legal protection of premarital cohabitation in our country. This is also a new subject in the fields of Marriage Law in China and Personal Law in western countries.
