Abstract
The theories present study the problems of the peasant,countryside,and agriculture mainly from the following aspects: taxes and fees reform,labor transfer,the industrialization of agriculture,citifying agriculture etc..In this article,the authors analyze the existing rationality and suitability of the self-organization of the peasant based on the self-organization theory,and conclude that government should actively induct peasants’ self-organization,and combine the increase in the peasant income with the improvement of peasant ability of self-organization.
