Abstract
By several procedures, the isoflavones in soybean were extracted. The result is that D-Glucose-б-Lactone solution, extraction, ethanol precipitation for isolating the polysaccharids and proteins and then feeding the solution to DM130 macroporous adsorption resin extract the isoflavones in soybean in a effective way. The final content and recovery of isoflavones are 361.6mg/g and 0.413% respectively.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
