Abstract
Objective: To investigate and analyze the efficacy of electric stimulation combined with biofeedback pelvic floor muscle training on female stress urinary incontinence. Methods: The 70 cases of patients with stress urinary incontinence were selected and divided into control and treatment groups. The patients were treated by electric stimulation therapy in control group,and electric stimulation combined with biofeedback pelvic floor muscle training in treatment group. The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results: The overflow of urine total effective rate was 97.1% in treatment group, which was higher than the 77.1% in control group(P0.05); the treatment group showed higher effective rate than the control group, on the angle between the urethra and bladder as well as pelvic floor electrical controls change the after treatment( P0.05). Conclusion:The application of electric stimulation combined with biofeedback pelvic floor muscle training can greatly improve the overflow urinary symptoms and improve clinical outcomes in female stress urinary incontinence, and promote patient urethra and bladder and pelvic floor angle electric improve average.
