Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of electromyography stimulation combined with biofeedback pelvic floor training on female stress urinary incontinence. Methods 8 postpartum patients who suffered from stress urinary incontinence underwent pelvic floor training with PHENIX Biofeedback Pelvic Floor Training Set(Made in France) from June 2007 to December 2008.The treatment course was 5 to 8 weeks and twice per week. Results After one-course-training,symptoms of stress urinary incontinence in 8 patients released. Conclusions Biofeedback pelvic floor training is a safe and effective treatment for female stress urinary incontinence.
