Abstract

Objective To know the situation of the Hepatitis B Virus'( HBV) infection and immune in the special group of pregnant women, and to provide scientific evidence for the prevention of mother-to-infant transmission of HBV. Methods ELISA method was used to test the five HBV marks which are HbsAg, HbsAb, HbeAg, HBeAb and HBcAb in the 4461 samples of pregnant women's blood serum and the method of fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect the HBV-DNA viral load of the pregnant whose HBsAg is positive. Results There appears to be 10 patterns of HBV antigen systems among the 4 461 pregnant women samples. The rate that all the five marks are negative is 76.96%.The rate of HBsAb is is 13.70%, HBsAg is 7.15%,big triple positive is 2.38% double positive0.11%, little triple positiveis 2.26%. Among 319 HBsAg positives, the medium and highly duplication of blood serum HBV-DNA take part of 52.98%.Conclusion The immune level of the group of the pregnant wamen is lower than other people obviously, and the duplication level of the virus is higher than other HBV patients, which mentions that we should strengthen the screening of HBV marker in pregnant women, detect patients and inject immunoglobulin and vaccine of HBV to the infant in time to prevent the mother-to-infant transmission of HBV.
