Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical pathway in the diabetic diet blood glucose control in the application of nursing work. Methods 100 cases of diabetes were randomly divided into two groups and the control group, the observation group given dietary nutrition of patients with clinical pathways nursing intervention, usual care control group were observed on admission and after 2,4-week intervention in patients with fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin, urine situation. Results The two groups of patients with fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial glucose, glycated hemoglobin, glucose,in the pre-intervention differences were not significant(P 0.05);Path through the intervention of the diet-related care were significantly decreased, the difference was significant significance(P0.05).Conclusion Diabetes care path through dietary intervention to improve the ability of the patient's self-control diet, blood glucose control can play a role worthy of clinical application.
