Abstract
Community party organization is to strengthen the building of grassroots party organizations and an important part of building a harmonious society. But the community also stressed the construction of community self-organization, the realization of the endogenous development of the community. Both to a certain extent have conflicting and contradictory. Different with previous research on community building, this article is mainly concerned about the game between community building and community party organization. In this regard, the author from the perspective of sciology offers a new mode of intervention to achieving the development of community-building and community coordination.
