On Strengthening the Cultivation of Innovative talents in Specialty-related Experimental Teaching

Abstract
Cultivating innovative talents is an important task for higher education in the newperiod.Based on the theory of innovation quality education,the present study first reviews the impact of innovation consciousness,thinking and ability on cultivating creative talents,then suggests approaches to strengthening the innovation consciousness,fostering creative thinking,and abilities in experimental teaching,and finally it illustrates teachers role in this process
