Abstract

The effect of applying A/O oxidation and flocculation process to treat special organic wastewater in different operating conditions was studied. The results showed that when the influent COD was 2*!500~3*!000 mg/L, after being treating by A/O/O the total COD removal rate is 95%, and by oxidation and flocculation the effluent COD can be reduced to below 80*!mg/L. The total COD removal rate is up to 97%, meeting the wastewater discharge standard.
