Abstract

Bringing up talents with high quality and innovative ability is an urgent demand to the institutions of higher learning,and it is also the ultimate aim of quality-oriented education.This paper explores the training mode of talents with innovative ability in terms of training aim,cultivationg program and organization of teaching management.As a result,a new training mode by project training has been formed.Practically,it is obvious that the new mode meets the needs for the apply,comprehensive and innovative engineering talents.
