Abstract

School physical education is not only the means of strengthening body health,but also the important link of cultivating the lifelong physical education consciousness of college students.It plays an irreplaceable role in improving competitive ability,training creativity and perfecting personality of college students.Aiming at the problem of school physical education and quality education,I present some new recognition from thinking and practice on many years of physical education class teaching.
