Abstract
School physical Education is a vital part of school teaching. It is an important aspect of education for virtue, intelligence, physical health of all-round developed talents. From the traditional to the modern conception concerning school physical education, this paper propounds opinions that physical education should be integrated into overall health education and help the development of quality education.
