Abstract
Suppression subtractive hybridization(SSH)and gene chip are new technologies de- veloped in recent years,which are used to screen differential expression genes.They are widely applied because of their expeditiousness and high efficiency.Similar to other technologies,suppression subtractive hybridization and gene chip have certain limitations respectively.It will be a perfect clone system when they are coupled with each other to exert their advantages and to make up their limitations well.
