Abstract

Honesty and credit is not only a kind of virtue but also a basic claim of being an upright person and doing work.A good society should be the society of honesty and credit that people trust each other.In order to form a culture of honesty and credit,a society should punish dishonest and discredit behaviour,and this punishment should become an institutional arrangement,honesty and credit of the government is a key sector in this arrangement.
