Abstract
This paper aims at studying the relationship and gender differences of college students' self-efficacy,achievement motivation and achievement goal orientation.Around 300 undergraduates from Nanyang Normal University are investigated with GSES,AMS and achievement goal orientation survey.It is found that there are differences in self-efficacy,achievement motivation,learning goal orientation among different gender groups and that achievement motivation is the full mediator between self-efficacy and learning goal orientation.
