Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of laryngeal mask airway for cardiovascular stress in general anesthesia on patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods Sixty-four patients who would take laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) were selected and randomly divided into control group and laryngeal mask group.Change of haemodynamics were contrasted after getting in operating room(T0),and anesthesia induction(T1),when inserting laryngeal mask airway and tracheal intubation(T2),after artificial pneumoperitoneum(T3),before and after pulling out laryngeal mask airway and tracheal intubation(T4 and T5).Adverse reaction were contrasted in convalescent period between control group and laryngeal mask group.Results The level of SBP,DBP,HR and SpO2 was identical between control group and laryngeal mask group in T0,T1,T3 and T4.The level of SBP,DBP,HR were lower in laryngeal mask group than in T2 and T5.incidence rate of restlessness in convalescent period was lower in laryngeal mask group than in control group.Conclusion Laryngeal mask airway anesthesia could decrease cardiovascular stress in general anesthesia on patients with LC.
