Abstract

[Objective] The purpose of the research was to supply references for the component determination and exploitation of tea.[Method] Shijiancha samples were digested by wet digestion and the contents of Cu,Mn,Zn and Ca were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry(FAAS).[Result] Shijiancha contained relatively abundant metal elements which were needed by human body and the contents of 4 metal elements were in the order of CaMnZnCu.The recoveries of standard addition of various experimental elements were 94.2%-105.3%,and their relative standard deviations were 0.5%-4.0% with accuracy and precision according with the requirement.[Conclusion] Determination of metal element contents in Shijiancha by FAAS was feasible.
