Abstract
Objective:To explore effect of Orem self-care theory on patients with stroke,to sum up the nursing experience and improve the level of live. Methods:80 cases of stroke patients were divided into the intervention group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases).The control group was applied for the traditional nursing method,the intervention group took the Orem self-care theory,and then compared the nursing efficacy of them.Results:In Activity of Daily Life, the index of intervention group increased higher than that of the control,and there is significant difference(P0.05).Conclusions:Application of Orem self-care theory in patients with stroke can improve their Activity of Daily Life and quality of life,and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
