Abstract

This paper analyzes such basic conditions in purchase management of construction enterprises as the status quo and important effect of purchase management,and purchase risks,expatiates,from the tendency of purchase management,on the importance of purchase information management in construction projects,analyzes the contents of the purchase information management for engineering construction items,and puts forward precautions against information risks in construction supply chain.
