Application of BOT in Public Rental Housing

Abstract

Public rental housing is an important part of urban housing security system.Funds shortage is the biggest barriers to the development of public rental housing.By analyzing the problem of funds shortage on public rental housing,the idea of BOT in public rental housing is presented.Difficulties from land supply,invest return,and franchised term are analyzed and solutions are discussed.BOT operational model in public rental housing is built.The problems of finance,efficiency and sustainable development of public rental housing can be solved to some extent.
