Abstract
This paper states the concept and standards of urban public rental housing.Using questionnaires as basic methods and the potential rental group of public rental housing as research object,it analyzes the demand factors of urban public rental housing.It proposes that the countermeasures of public rental housing construction should include establishing scientific public rental housing demand forecasting and planning system,determining the public rental housing rents reasonably,strengthening the incentive policy and improving the management.
