Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of alprostadil combined with lotensin in the treatment of patients with early diabetic nephropathy. Methods 90 patients with early diabetic nephropathy treated in our hospital were selected as the research object and divided into the control group and observation group with 45 cases in each according to the random allocation. Both groups were given lotensin 10 mg orally, once a day,in addition, the observation group were given intravenous drip of Alprostadil Injection 101added in 100 ml 0.9%sodium chloride. And both groups were given the same treatment of controlling blood pressure, blood glucose and blood lipid. And the serum creatinine, fasting blood glucose,24 h urine protein and 8h urinary albumin excretion rate were compared between the two groups after 14 d of treatment. Results After two weeks of treatment, the level of urine protein, albumin, serum creatinine of both groups improved significandy. The value of serum creatinine, urine protein and urinary protein excretion rate in the observation group was 113.97±14.53mol/L,0.23±0.02g/24 h,72±31g/min,respectively,and that in the control group was 127.2±10.11mol/L,0.32±0.07g/24 h,136±36g/min,respectively,compared with the control group, the urine protein and albumin excretion rate in the observation group improved more significandy(P0.05).Conclusion The short-term use of alprostadil combined with lotensin has better clinical efficacy in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy in the elderly, which can delay the incidence and development of the disease.
