Through mass rhythmic gymnastics teaching practice,the paper puts forward that practice-oriented attitude and temperament physical training for aerobic exercises is taught.The use of composition and body movements as teaching methods along with appropriate background music can help students create performance opportunities.The article also discusses rhythmic gymnastics physiques,physiological functions,and other related indicators of the students.Finally,the author also puts forward a proposal of developing public rhythmic gymnastics class.
