Abstract
A new method was established to determine the content of total mercury in chemical raw material with sulfamethoxazole as research object.Mercury was determined by cold vapor atomic absorption spectrometry with pretreatment of sample by microwave digestion. The detection wavelength was 253.7nm.There was a good linear relationship between the absorbance and the concentration of mercury in the range of 0—18ng·mL-1,and the correlation coefficient was 0.9996.The average additional standard recovery was 112.7%,and the detection limit was 0.02μg·g-1.This method has good specific, high sensitive with accurate and rapid, and can be applied to turning out a universal method for the determination of total mercury in chemical raw material, and can provide basis for drug quality control, simultaneously.
