Abstract

Objective:By studying the canine, molar and second molar width between the changes in contrast dentition crowding and protrusion cases and age factors on the extraction treatment before and after the arch width change.Method:60 patients with four first premolar extraction treatment of patients with MBT technique, sub crowded group and protrusion group and 16 years old and 16 years of age group underwent comparative studies, taken before and after treatment to measure the model, and by statistical analysis.Result:After treated by MBT technique, the patients got good results. The inter-canine width was increased, the inter-molar width and inter-second molar width was decreased.younger and crowding patients with canine arch width increased more significantly, molar District arch width decreased in each group no significant difference. Conclusion:After correction of the crowded group of tooth extraction and younger patients because of canine arch width increased more significantly, after treatment to maintain it longer needed.
